ABOUT
Black Rock Truffles is a family run Truffiere in the New England region of New South Wales, Australia. The deciduous oak trees were planted in 2011, and have been producing delicious truffles since the winter of 2016.
Sally and Phil moved to the area 11 years ago, leaving a life in the city to become farmers on their beautiful property in the rolling hills of the Northern Tablelands, where they also graze cattle.
